Jillian Elko is an employment attorney committed to protecting employee rights and ensuring fairness in the workplace. She is dedicated to holding employers accountable and empowering individuals to assert their rights under state and federal employment laws.

Ms. Elko represents employees in a variety of claims, including but not limited to discrimination, whistleblowing (CEPA), hostile work environment, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and workplace harassment. She takes pride in her ability to guide clients through pre-litigation counseling, litigation advocacy, and settlement negotiation with calm control and clarity. Ms. Elko combines strategic legal insights with an understanding of the personal side of workplace challenges.

Ms. Elko has also handled numerous criminal matters ranging from DWI to First Degree Murder. Ms. Elko has experience representing clients in both jury and bench trials, as well as extensive litigation experience, having argued countless motions, conducted investigations, and developed defenses that have routinely led to highly favorable resolutions. Ms. Elko has also achieved outstanding results for clients in numerous detention hearings. She has presented continuing legal education classes on Brady / Discovery Violations and Criminal Justice Reform /Detention Hearings.

Ms. Elko graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s degree in History before graduating from Duquesne University Kline School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree.
